You can find our guest-house in the famous row of cellars in Villány. Our guest-house has got a pleasant Mediterranean mood, wich is ideal for families and friendly gathering. In our guest-house there are 5 rooms, wich can be grown with spare beds for 14 people.

"Eredetileg öten foglaltunk szállást (három szobát), de ketten közülünk Covidosok lettek, karanténba kerültek. Ezt időben jeleztük a szállásadónak, aki nagyon barátságosan visszajelzett, hogy semmi gond, akkor marad a három személy két szobában. Minden szép és jó volt, csupa mosoly, de a végén a fizetésnél jelezte, hogy a hiányzó személyek minden költségét fizetnünk kell, merthogy az eredeti foglalás 5 személyre és 3 szobára szólt. (Nem mellékes körülmény, hogy a panzióban rajtunk kívül, ha jól láttuk, csak egy pár volt, szóval nem állt fenn az a helyzet, hogy a covidosok miatt elestek pár vendégtől.) Jeleztük, hogy ez így nem igazán korrekt, de erőltette, hogy ha nem fizetjük a hiányzók költségeit, 10 ezer forintot fog bukni. Mivel nem volt sem időnk sem kedvünk egy botrányhoz, ezért kifizettünk mindent. De azért elgondolkodtatott a tulajdonos hozzáállása a többszörösen visszatérő vendégeihez (évek óta hozzájuk jártunk!). Azóta már négyszer voltunk Villányban, de már nem Bluméknál. Nem biztos, hogy jól döntöttek az átverésünkkel."

Köszönjük, hogy leírta véleményét, amit lassan egy éve tapasztalt vendégházunkban, előkerestem és visszanéztem a foglalásukat (szallas.hu), érkezésüket (vendégem.hu). A szobafoglalásuk két szobára szólt ( 1 db háromágyas + 1 db kétágyas), az érkezésük pedig két nappal később történt mint ahogy azt eredetileg lefoglalták. Sajnálom, hogy átverve érzik magukat !
