"Ilyen nem volt.Max a klíma a lakásban."
"A takarítás véleményem szerint elmaradt.A padló ragadt,az evőeszközök koszosak voltak.A hűtőszekrény ajtaja tele volt koszos ujjlenyomattal..Sebtében elrakott tányérok vizesen visszatéve a szekrénybe,ami tele volt ételmaradékkal.Poharak szintén koszosak voltak.A két db.törölköző nedves volt,nem volt tiszta,használtnak tűnt!!!A fürdőszobában büdös szennyvízszag áradt.Indulásunk előtt 1 nappal már a szallásadó kérdezte,hogy mikor hagyjuk el a szállást!!! Mi sok helyen jártunk az országban,de ilyent még sehol nem tapasztaltunk! Senkinek sem ajánlom!!!"

Kedves Vendégünk! Sajnálattal olvastuk értékelését. A törölközők minden esetben frissen, a mosodából érkeznek. A szárítás adott esetben elképzelhető, hogy nem 100%-os, de a tisztaságért garanciát vállalunk. A győri korszerűtlen csatornahálózatra sajnos nincs ráhatásunk, általános jelenség a visszatérő kellemetlen szag a meleg napokon a városban. Az érdeklődés a távozásuk időpontjáról pedig a következő vendég kényelmét szolgálja, hogy biztosan időben készen álljon az apartman. Ezt megtettük az Önök előtt bent lakóval is. Mindezek ellenére természetesen elnézésüket kérjük és bízunk benne, hogy egy legközelebbi alkalom során a valós, pozitív képet mutathatjuk meg Önöknek szálláshelyünkről.
