"Locația este foarte aproape de centru"

"Îți trimite poze cu o camera frumoasa și primești una dărăpănata, la subsol, parcare nu are, deșii specifica ca are parcare, pat rupt, 2 becuri stradale care nu te lasă să te odihnești, o centrala zgomotoasa, dus dacă vrei sa faci, ori te oparești, ori ingheti, nu recomand"

"foarte aproape de centru; mobilier deosebit"

"lipsa aer conditionat; camere situate la demisol cu vizibilitate la rotile masinilor parcate pe strada; parcare se face pe o strada ingusta, langa pensiune. Exista riscul sa cada din tencuiala veche pe masina (lucru care s-a intamplat la o masina in zona respectiva)."
