"Cazarea este într-adevăr deosebită și merită banii, este o experiență. Personalul nu este pregătit să oferă servicii de 5 stele, mâncarea din restaurant nu este de 5 stele și nici nu merită prețul afișat, mai au de lucrat la acest aspect, iar micul dejun este de 3 stele. La micul dejun personalul nu este atent la nevoile oaspeților, nu se oferă informații complete. În mod normal atunci când servești mâncarea în cameră la 2h personalul trebuie să treacă să ridice, nu au făcut-o. Au stat farfuriile peste noapte afară."
