"Van a közelben több bevásárlási lehetőség (élelmiszerüzletek, ital- és szeszes ital lerakat), csónak-, kenu-, vízibicikli- és kerékpárbérlési lehetőség. A kikötő, busz- és vasútállomás sincs sokkal messzebb. Más szállásokhoz képest olcsóbb. A szállás udvarában és az épület előtt az utcán is van diófa, ami árnyékot ad (így kedvező az autótulajdonosoknak is). A vasút közelségével kapcsolatban meg annyit, hogy idén újították fel a Kaposvár-Fonyód vasútvonalnak azon szakaszát, ami a szállás mellett fut, és éjszaka csak a pici piros vonat megy, ami halkabb, mint a gyorsvonat. Nyitott ablaknál aludtunk abban a szobában, amelynek ablaka a vasút felé néz, és vittünk is magunkkal füldugót, de nem volt rá szükség. Négy éjszakát töltöttünk ott, és egyikünk sem ébredt fel vonatzajra. És kutyaugatásra sem. A szomszédban már csak 2 vagy 3 kutya van, és teljesen nyugton voltak éjjel. Aki szeretne főzni, az megteheti a szálláson (a konyhában van gáztűzhely és gázpalack). De a közelben van több vendéglátó helyiség is, ha valaki nem szándékozik főzni. Összességében az átlagos színvonalat eléri a hely. Azoknak nem ajánlom, akik luxus színvonalú szállást és ellátást igényelnek."
