The D12 is a detached cottage where you can really feel at home. An ideal base for exploring Budapest whether you are on a business or on a medical trip.

The House D12 is a detached, 80 square meter small family house, located in a quiet area in the suburbs of Budapest (district XVI). The XVI. District is one of the most livable, safest and greenest districts of Budapest. Surrounded by family houses, the cottage is located in Diófa Street, a quiet, low-traffic street.

The House D12 is for the exclusive use of our guests, with no landlord or other guests to disturb your peaceful stay. The cottage is a place of rest where you can relax and enjoy quality time in a tidy, peaceful environment. Parking is conveniently available for up to 2 cars and free of charge, either in the enclosed courtyard or on the street in front of the cottage.

The House D12 is free from disturbance and away from the crowds, nevertheless, it is very easy to reach the buoyant center of Budapest and all places of interest from it, either by car or taking public transportation.

Accommodation
The D12 Guesthouse can accommodate up to 3 persons.

The upstairs bedroom has 1 large double bed.

You will also find another single bed upstairs, located in the bedroom hallway.

The single bed is located in the forefront of the bedroom, not in a separate room as shown in the pictures. Therefore, if you book for three people, the third person will beaccommodated free of charge. The Guesthouse is ideal for two, nevertheless, we would like to offer the possibility to our guests to accommodate one more if necessary. In this very case, please be kind, and do not formulate any complaints in connection with the location of the third bed.

Self check in / Self check out
It is possible to self check-in the Cottage D12. Information and codes for check-in will be sent to you prior to arrival. Self check-in is very easy and the simplest way to access your accommodation.

Self-check-in requires the full amount of fees to be paid in advance, and the guest's details shall also be recorded prior to your arrival as it is a legal obligation of the accommodation provider. Failure to proceed with KYC will result in D12 Guesthouse being legally obliged to refuse accommodation.

You may scan your ID documents using your own mobile phone. This shall only take a few minutes; all information and links necessary to comply with this process will be sent to you upon reservation.

D12 Guesthouse is a pet-friendly place and is proud to offer a cozy, welcoming and safe environment where your pets can be part of your holiday.

Half an hour to the city center by public transport
It is very easy and rather simple for our guests to get to the city center From the D12 Guesthouse. The stop of bus number 44 is located 1 minute walking distance from the Guesthouse. This bus will take you to the Örs vezér tere metro station in 15-20 minutes. This is the terminus of metro line 2 (red), probably the most ideal metro line to explore the sights of Budapest.

The metro leaves every 2 minutes and takes you in 10 minutes to Kossuth Lajos Square and the Parliament building.

On top of that, we offer an unlimited supply of Nespresso coffee pods and tea filters in a variety of flavors.
The Guesthouse is equipped with air conditioning, a stable Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a safe, as well as an outdoor camera system.

The modern, large and fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own favorite dishes, be it a delicious breakfast or a romantic dinner at sunset. That way you shall feel at home even on a longer stay.

The full equipment includes plates, cutlery, glasses, crockery, fridge, electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and juicer, among other things.

We provide snow-white cotton towels, both large and small, shower gel, top-quality toilet paper and a hairdryer In the spotlessly clean bathroom.

The D12 Guesthouse has both radiator and underfloor heating. You shall set the internal temperature of the Guesthouse according to your preference. This is ideal for guests sensitive to cold, since unlike a hotel room, getting cold is not an option in the D12 Guesthouse. You can expect the place to be heated on your arrival.
