The apartment is at the ‘Gold Coast’ of Siófok at Glatz Henrik street, 1 minute from the ‘Petőfi Promenade’ and the beach.
The house itself is a two-storey family house with 2 separated apartments: downstairs and upstairs apartments.
Downstairs apartment: 80m2 for 8, but max. 10 person with own entrance, kitchen, 2 bathroom which was designed as follows: there are 2 pull-out sofa In the living room for sleeping (120x200), 3 separated bedrooms (2 bedroom with 1-1 queen beds and another one with 2 queen beds for 4 person with own bathroom) a fully equipped kitchen, dining table with chairs.
Upstairs apartment: 70m2, for 4 adults + 2 child, but maximally 6 person with own entrance, kitchen, 2 bedroom with 1-1 double beds, 1 bathroom with shower, living room with a pull-out sofa for 1 person and a sleeping room for 1 person (separated from the living room with a mirror-glassed door)
In the garden there is a swimming pool, a jakuzzi, and a BBQ. The swimming pool is free and can be used every day between 9am-8pm. The jakuzzi is a separately paid service, which you can reserve in advance for 2 hours private use.
Please note that there are 2 family house in our garden with 4 different apartments, the outside amenities are shared with the other guests, but everyone has their own table with chairs in the garden.
There is 2 parking space in the garden for both of the apartments.
