Description of Estina House:
The detached Guesthouse with its own garden is located in a well-developed area of Balatonboglár, offering pleasant relaxation in a modern and cozy style throughout the year. The 120 square meter house features two bedrooms with double beds (160 and 180 cm), a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen (with ceramic and induction cooktop, electric oven, Krups Dolce Gusto Piccolo coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, utensils, glasses, dinnerware, etc.), a bathroom, and two toilets. Upon request, we can provide an extra bed (140cm) for 2 additional guests, which will be placed outside the bedrooms. The north and south-facing terraces, the retro-style barbecue corner, and the cauldron for cooking over an open fire, with firewood provided, as well as the well-maintained enclosed garden, ensure complete relaxation. The Lay-Z Spa Jacuzzi accommodates 4 guests and provides a spa experience under the covered terrace with a canopy. Free parking is available in front of the house and in the garden. The temperature in the rooms can be individually adjusted with the air conditioning units to meet our guests' needs throughout the year. We also provide indoor and outdoor toys for children.
Additional amenities and services: For longer stays, weekly bed linen change and cleaning are provided free of charge. Daily cleaning can be requested for an additional fee. Bringing pets is possible upon prior arrangement with the host. Additional services and facilities such as iron, ironing board, shoe care tools, umbrella, and sewing kit are available upon request.
