F14 Liget Guesthouse is located in Fonyód, one of the largest towns on the southern shore of Lake Balaton, specifically in the Fonyódliget area, 2 km from the center of Fonyód and 150 meters from the shore of Lake Balaton.
Our guesthouse was created by fully renovating and merging two existing buildings. During the modernization, solar panels were installed on the roof, enabling partial operation with green energy. Air conditioners and infrared panels ensure a pleasant temperature in all seasons. The house offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay for up to 7 people year-round.
The three bedrooms, spacious living-dining room, well-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and separate toilet meet all needs. The terrace and the garden gas grill offer a pleasant setting for evenings. Our garden includes recreational games such as badminton, turnball, small soccer goals (2), balls, and a playhouse (98*127*110). A covered bike storage and free parking for up to three cars, with electric car charging options, are also provided.
The guesthouse is equipped with an electric access control system. Guests receive a unique guest code that allows them to open the street gates (both pedestrian and car gates) and the front door of the house.
Lake Balaton and the surrounding natural beauties provide excellent opportunities for leisure activities. Guests can enjoy the free beach at Árpád-part (with a children's playground, dining facilities, and showering facilities), cycling and hiking trails, excursion spots, and water sports activities.
