"Finom bőséges svédasztalos reggeli volt. A személyzet a problémákat készségesen megoldotta."
"Érkezésünkkor volt némi hiányosság. Eggyel kevesebb törülközőt kaptunk, kevés volt a wc papír. Nagyon poros volt a szekrény belülről,pókhálóka sarokba,az erkélyen az asztal,koszos, előző vendég cigaretta csikkje otthagyva. Másnap reggel a wc öblítés nem működött, kaptunk egy másik szobát,amit pozitívan tapasztalatunk,amit tudott a takarító tényleg mindent megtett annak érdekében,hogy tiszta legyen a szoba,de az erkélyt itt sem sikerült tisztán megkapni,ki tudja hány napos kosz,por fogadott minket, ezért inkább ki sem ültünk az erkélyre,a szomszédok nagyon közel voltak hozzánk a közös erkély miatt, állandóan szívták a cigit,ami minket nagyon zavart,mivel nem vagyunk dohányosok.Az ágy egy helyen elvolt repedve,ill.meg is volt fordítva. Már nem akartunk 3. szobába beköltözni ,hagytuk a francba,kibirtunk egy éjjelt. A welcome drinkről, korlátlan tea fogyasztásról , ajándék csokoládéról a személyzet nem tudott semmit sem,ami természetesen nem az ő hibájuk.Szerencsére mindent megkaptunk,ami járt nekünk, köszönhetően az egyik segítőkész hölgynek,aki mindenhol helyt kelli állni ebben a panzióban.A wellness részlegen indokolatlannak tartom ,hogy fizetős legyen a szauna,nem is értem. Szintén komoly probléma itt is a tisztaság, ill.a víz ahogy mindenki szét hordja baleset veszélyes. Az ajtók a kinti napágyakhoz való kijutáshoz nem működnek, kerülővel lehet megközelíteni.A wc ajtót a wellness részlegen szinte egy zsanér tartja a másik olyan rozsdás,hogy csoda,hogy még nem esett le az egész ajtó. Az üzemeltetőnek ajánlanám,hogy legyen több a személyzeti létszám, úgy mindenki jobban és hatékonyabban tudná elvégezni a munkáját."

"Tiszta szoba, bőséges finom, friss reggeli, pezsgőfürdő jó meleg és kevesen vannak a fürdőrészen, nincs zsúfoltság. Ágyak kényelmesek."
"Nem azt az apartmant kaptuk, amit lefoglaltunk. Wellnesben nem mindig működik a pezsgő, lenyomja az automatát. Nagymedence nagyon hideg, 23 fok körül lehet. Árban nincs benne a szauna, magas árat kell fizetni a használatáért. Mennyezetből ki vannak esve a spotlámpák, több lámpa ki van égve, a medencevilágítás is. Szobaajtó belső cilindere le volt esve, kilincs kezünkben maradt. Fürdőelszívó hangosan zörög, cserére szorulna. Szűrőjét kitakarítottam, valószínűleg sosem volt kimosva, így semmit nem szívott, úgy el volt tömődve. Konyhafelszerelés kritikán aluli. 3db kistányér van, pár evőeszközzel, éles kés nincsen. Vízforraló, kávéfőző nincsen. Edény sincs, hogy teát lehetne készíteni. Tűzhely sem, hogy főzni lehetne, pedig páraelszívó van. Konyharuha, papírtörlő, szalvéta nincs, mindent vinni kell. Asztalon sem terítő, sem tányéralátét nincsen."

"Mikor megérkeztünk kiderült,hogy nem működnek a wellnes szolgáltatások,a lefoglalt árnál többért kaptunk volna csak reggelit,nem azt a szobát kaptuk amit foglaltunk,4 fős konyhásat foglaltunk 2 fős szobát kaptunk amibe csak hűtő volt,a wcbe nem volt kézmosó szappan.Ezek után visszakértük a szállás árát,amit ők is felajánlottak, és távoztunk.Az üzemeltető azt mondta a szállás.hu hibája hogy nem értesített minket a változásokról."
