"Locația frumoasa, wieu frumos, către mare are balcon spate, are un pat și perne bune... In pofida celor descrise de către proprietar o sa enumar o serie de nereguli constatate sper că proprietarul le va rezolva,chiar daca este foarte ocupat de altfel, abia are timp sa se ocupe de bunăstare"
"Parcarea e la 10 min de mers pe jos..când vei deschide ușa locuinței te va lovi un miros de aer închis ușor spre mucegai, care crezi că va dispărea când aerisești, nu dispare are infiltrații în pereții baie, bucătărie, încuietorile usei sunt sensibile atenție, aparatul de cafea, încălzitorul de apa sunt de decor, nu se pot utiliza cel puțin eu nu am putut la cum miroseau și arătau, a trebuit sa mi cumpăr burete de spălat vase, clor ptr vesela,detergent de rufe, ușa duș atenție poate cadea, mașina de spălat abia am spălat, nu spala bine nu este îngrijită.. aceasta are potențial"

Avand in vedere review-ul exagerat consideram ca este necesar sa venim cu un raspuns - Parcarea este situata la doar 100 metri de proprietate, cea de la proprietate costand un 20000€ + TVA am considerat ca ar fi mult mai frumos sa va oferim o parcare GRATUITA, pazita si cu camere video in loc sa va taxam extra 50 RON/zi - Nu exista mucegai in apartament iar mirosul puternic era de dezinfectant - Aparatul de cafea este igienizat dupa fiecare turist - Buretele de vase si detergentul erau prezente in apartament - Usile de la dus, prin constructia lor, au posibilitatea de a fi scoase fiind pe role

"Apartament frumos amenajat. Vederea la mare super. Curatenia ok. Gazda foarte amabila, disponibila pentru orice. Raport calitate/pret buna. Plaja peste drum de apartament. Plaja nu este foarte aglomerata in zona aceea ,pentru noi a fost un mare plus! In ce priveste vesela gasiti strictul necesar. Pentru cine doreste sa gateasca este nevoie sa-si duca de acasa: oala mare de supa, oala medie, tigaie buna, tel mamaliga, zdrobitor usturoi, alte castroane, un cutit bun, poate un blender, depinde fiecare cat gateste."
