The villa, located in the heart of Balatonfüred - a few minutes from the Balaton shore and the Tagore Promenade - came into our possession in the fall of 2021 in its stage of renovation and modernization at the time. Behind its initial, slightly neglected appearance, the house and park located on the double plot enchanted us even in its state, and immediately made us take action. At the end of the year, the transformation, modernization and complete renovation of the building complex began. It took almost a year to transform the villa into a clean, yet unique environment. A total of 6 rooms have been designed in the imposing three-story house, each with its own separate bathroom. On the lowest level there is a heated garage for several cars. On the ground floor, there is a suite of nearly 140 square meters, which includes two uniquely designed 20 square meter bedrooms, two luxurious bathrooms, a huge living room and kitchen - with a separate dining area. The highlight of the living room is the unique, built-in fireplace, which you can admire from the exclusive sofa set. On the suite level, there are a total of three café terraces and a huge 50 square meter rear terrace bordered by rose bushes and lavender, opening onto the pool area. On the first floor, there are four rooms with different atmospheres, which were consciously designed in such a way that guests can be received separately from each other, but at the same time - if required - they can also function as family suites that can be opened. The two inner courtyard rooms have their own terrace, from which we can also enjoy the panorama of the Balaton behind the fig tree park and pool area.

The suite opening from the staircase in the house and the rooms above each have their own entrance door with a security lock to preserve privacy. The air-conditioned rooms of the villa are primarily designed for two people, however, the suite and the two rooms above can be equipped with extra beds on request. The complex, which has been renovated in every corner, is suitable for family, friend, company or other small group gatherings and recreation. With a huge back park, a 160 square meter outdoor pool, a heated jacuzzi and a sauna, it awaits those who want to recharge. Behind the outdoor wellness section, there is a 600-square-meter grassy private area closed on all sides, which also offers sports opportunities for the guests who come here.
