Our 4-star conference and wellness hotel opens in the summer of 2021 in the heart of Esztergom, on the Prímás Island, in a picturesque environment.

Arriving at the lobby, grandiose interior and sophisticated, modern design welcome guests. The hotel boasts 126 elegantly furnished rooms and 23 luxury suites on 4 levels, with breathtaking panorama of the Basilica of Esztergom.

The conference and meeting rooms at the hotel serve as a great venue for a huge variety of corporate events.

Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to check in.

"Kényelmes ágy, kedves szemèlyzet, tisztaság. Az emeleti panoràma wellness a Bazilikàra nèz és nagyon pihentető. A szobából a kilátás a Bazilikára gyönyörű.A reggelinèl a pèkáru kiemelkedő ès van street food részleg."

"A helyszínen derült ki, hogy a wellness az nem tartalmazza a foglalásomat (a leírásban az ellenkezője volt írva) és az utca másik oldalán lévő élményfürdőbe kell átmenni. A saját wellness kicsi ès fizetős.Nincs róla tájékoztatás foglaláskor. Dohányzásra kijelölt hely sehol nincs. Mèlygaràzsban lévő kuka 2 napig nem volt kiürítve. A szobàk nem jól szigeteltek, minden be ès àt hallatszik. Kevés választék a félpanziós ellátàsban és szinte ugyanazok az ételek voltak. Gyenge minősègű gyümölcslè, jam, mèz. Kávègèp úgy fröccsen, hogy a tiszta ruha full kávès lett. Előzetes emailt küldtek, hogy milyen cèlból érkezünk, ahova jelöltem hogy házaspár vagyunk, az àgy mégis kèt különàlló volt.Magamnak kellett összetolni."

"Két szobánk volt, a fürdőben mindkét szoba esetén kellene egy frissítés a padló lapok szélén lévő sziloplastra/fugára."

"Bár egyikünk se dohányzik,a teraszon lévő hamutalba két cigarettacsikk fogadott.Vacsoranal egy itallal többet szamoltak el,és ezt már sajnos a szobában vettük észre.Szallodai wellness részhez ennyi pénzért nem juthattunk be...."

Köszönjük észrevételét! Fontosnak tartjuk vendégeink véleményét, így tapasztalatát mindenképp továbbítjuk a vezetőség felé és mindent megteszünk a szolgáltatások javítása érdekében. Ami a dupla ital számlálást illeti, a helyszínen mindenképp érdemes lett volna ezt jelezni, mivel a téves terhelést törölni tudtuk volna.
A szállodán belüli Bazilika Day Spa, a visszaigazolásban nem szerepel, tehát nem volt a csomag tartalma. Ez esetben a helyszínen napijegy vásárlására van lehetőség.
Mindezek ellenére reméljük, a jövőben újra szállodánk vendégei között üdvözölhetjük Önt!
