In our house there is a big dining room/floor (4 rooms/floor) with a "tea kitchen" with coffee maker, mikro, toaster, water heater, fridge and with furnitures labeled as the rooms, so every room has an own table with an own cupboard. These kitchens are suitable for making breakfast for example, but cooking and baking are not allowed. You can breakfast in hotel-restaurant too. Room cleaning, towels change, bedding change: weekly (or on request).
