The building was completely renovated in 2022. It is located in a frequented area of ​​Debrecen, close to the city centre, to Nagyerdő (Great Forest), CAMPUS Festival, Aquaticum, Nagyerdei Stadium, Főnix Arena, Zoo and Amusement park, Sziget-kék playground, outdoor stage, fog theater, where there are many colorful program possibilities for visitors. The tram stop is only a 2-3 minute walk away with which the city center and shopping centers can be reached in a few minutes. There is a shop about 30 meters from the accommodation.
It is easily accessible by tram (tram number 1, Bem-tér stop, then a few minutes' walk) and also by car which can easily be parked in the parking area in front of the building.

A tourist tax has to be paid on site in cash (400 HUF/person/day).
In case of late arrival an extra fee will be charged per room (after 20:00).

The hotel has a total of six rooms:
• One room is on the ground floor, a four-bed room with a private bathroom which is located next to the room, with air conditioning
• One triple room on the first floor with a shared bathroom and air conditioning
• One four-bed room on the first floor with shared bathroom and air conditioning
• Three double rooms with private bathroom and air conditioning (there are separate beds but can be pushed together on request)
