"Az feltüntetett házirendben érkezés +5000ft felárát Én nem találtam a hírdetésben mert rákellene kattintani a szállás leírásba amit nem mindeki tesz meg,nem eldugva kellene lenni ennek az infónak hanem ott ahol nem kell külön kattintgatni! Amikor felhívtam a megadott lelefonszámot az érkezésem elött fél órával nyomdafestéket nemtürő megszolításban részesültem és mivel nem rakta le a telefont a beszélgetés után hallottam ,hogy a k..anyát 6 ra monta hogy jön! Amúgy a fürdő vízcsap folyik ha hazuhanyzóra szenvedi az ember és kényelmetlen a nagy bojler miatt beállítani a vízhőfokot, a kádban fan szőr volt, a törölközőszárító bekapcsolás után spiccel, az erkély ajtó becsukásához lekell lábbal taposni a ragasztott küszöböt stb sorolhatnám. Szóval ebben az árban van bármelyik más ahol még sosem volt gond ha később érkeznék és nem szídják a szülő anyámat! Részemről soha többet inkább szálodába szállok meg 1 napra ahogy a kedves tulajdonos javasolta amikor sérelmeztem a plussz költséget mert ,hogy ott van rezepció a javaslata szerint."

Mint emlékszik rá, e-mailben tájékoztattuk a kései bejelentkezés díjának okáról, amit Ön elfogadott.Látogatási naplónk alapján Ön bőven a bejelentkezési időn belül érkezett a szálláshelyre, így ez a díj nem került Önnek felszámításra. A szálláshelyet minden vendégünk érkezése előtt ellenőrizzük, mely során az adott problémákkal nem szembesültünk. Azokat az Ön előtt távozó vendégeink sem jelezték, ahogyan korábbi 10 pontos értékelést adó vendégeink sem. Érkezésekor a 23 fokos szobahőmérsékletet még túlzónak is találta, említette Ön 18 fokos hőmérsékleten alszik. Ezért a túlfűtött helyiségekért is elnézését kérjük.
