The credit will be blocked by the partner until the guest's arrival date. On the day of arrival of the guest, the pension deducts the amount from the virtual card.The price of accommodation is inclusive of VAT and included the accommodation fee, which is 30 CZK. Children under 18 years are free of charge.IMPORTANTWe would like to inform you that earlier CHECK-IN IS ONLY BY PRIOR AGREEMENT.CHECK-IN 02:00 p.m. - 08:00 p.m.The stay begins with check-in between 02.00 p.m. and 08.00 p.m. Guests will present a personal document (details of all persons, please ask for an ID or other travel document) and will pay the additional payment for the stay. The balance is due on the day of arrival. The balance can be paid in cash or by credit card.CHECK-OUT 08.00 a.m. - 10.00 a.m.The stay ends with breakfast on the day of departure and releasing the room by 10.00 a. m. In the event of early termination of the stay there is no entitlement to a refund. In case of late check-out, especially during the winter season, the next day's stay will be charged.PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATABy ordering services (booking rooms), or by using these services, the guest agrees with the processing of personal data. There is one parking space per room. Parking space is limited. Please respectfully ask all guests to park economically, with respect to other guests.Ski / bike storageFor your skis, bicycles and prams, there is a ski / bike room (at the entrance room). The room is lockable and heated in winter.CateringBuffet breakfast is included in the room rate. The guesthouse restaurant is open only for guests. The opening time of the restaurant depends on the date, demand or agreement, usually from 04.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. In the winter season or after agreement the possibility of dinner by choosing from the menu (about 15 meals). Dinners are on request (order dinner for the day at breakfast). Other dining options within walking distance.WellnessPension has a private Finnish sauna for 4 people, relaxation room and Kneipp therapy. Visits must be booked in advance at the reception no later than 1 hour before the procedur. Fee 250 CZK / person / 90 minutes. Towels and sheets available for free.WifiWifi connection throughout the building free of charge.The price of the accommodation includes the rental of a TV for the entire duration of the stay.PetsPets are charged at 200 CZK / night.Smoking prohibitedSmoking is prohibited in the whole building including balconies! Failure to comply with this ban is subject to a fine of CZK 2.000. Dedicated smoking areas are in front of the main entrance to the guesthouse and on the outdoor terrace at the restaurant.EcologyIn the entrance room there is a waste bin. Thank you for using it.Leaving the room? Thank you for switching off all electrical devices, lights and water sources.The heating system of the guesthouse is controlled by an electronic unit that automatically switches the room heating off when the window is opened. If you need to change the room temperature, please contact our reception. The heads in the rooms are automatic and cannot be rotated! They are in danger of being destroyed. The temperature of the heating ladder in the bathroom can be manually controlled.Our room serviceWe're not a hotel. We do not provide daily hotel service. We respect your privacy. Do you want cleaning? Please hang a green sign on the outside door handle of your room. Let us know that you want to change towels by throwing them on the bathroom floor. Don't you want to be disturbed? Post a red sign. Basic continuous cleaning is carried out after 2 nights of stay at the latest (change of towels, replenishment of toiletries, cleaning of the bathroom, emptying of baskets).Night quietWe are a family pension with a friendly atmosphere in a quiet part of Harrachov.
