Situated by the country road no. 1 and a 5-minute drive from the M1 Motorway, Heléna Hotel & SPA offers an onsite restaurant, as well as free WiFi access. Each room at Heléna Hotel & SPA is equipped with a TV and refrigerator and comes with a private bathroom fitted with a shower and a hairdryer. The restaurant serves Hungarian and Mediterranean specialities. Its shady terrace features a beehive oven, barbecue facilities and a small bar for guests to enjoy delicious cocktails. A hot tub, salt room, steam cabin, gym, game room and massages are available for a surcharge. A seasonal outdoor pool is situated in the garden, and barbecue facilities are also available. "Szép,tiszta szobák,kellemes környezet."
"Bár sokan voltunk a hotelben,és a wellnes szolgáltatás is működött,mégsem nagyon használták a vendégek,mert 1. a jakuzzi vize hideg volt 2. a szaunát sem engedték,hogy felmelegítsük,mert egyből kinyomták. A ràadàs az volt,hogy nem lehetett hangulatvilàgìtàs sem a részlegen,mert bejöttek,és felkapcsolták a lámpát,hogy lássanak minket a kamerába. Elég kellemetlen az ilyen."

Köszönjük , hogy értékelt. A jakuzzi vizét az nap délelőtt lecseréltük, valószínű azért érezte a vizet még hidegnek. De gyorsan felmelegszik ilyenkor. A szaunát akkor kapcsoljuk ki, ha a wellness területén nem tartózkodik ott senki. Energiatakarékosság hívei vagyunk, feleslegesen nem mehet. A kamerákat az ÁNTSZ írja elő, ha pl. valaki rosszul lesz a wellnessben azonnal tudunk reagálni. A lámpákat este mindig felkapcsoljuk, a wellness területén, hogy más vendég is tudja használni, mert így azt gondolják zárva van a wellness. Nálunk nincs privát wellness, minden vendégünk 10-21 óráig használhatja. Örülünk neki, hogy 10 pontot adott a tisztaságra, ár-érték arányra és a megközelíthetőségre. Várjuk vissza Önöket.

"Egy hosszú út után jó érzés volt ilyen tiszta szobában lenni. A személyzet rendkívül kedves és barátságos volt. Az étteremben rendkívűl gyors kiszolgálás. Az étlapon keveseltük a választékot, de a marhapörkölt galuskával ferrgeteges volt. Szerintem visszatérő vendégek leszünk😊 Ajánlani fogom a baráti körökben."
