"Hangulatos enteriör, csendes, privát, különálló apartman. Felszereltség maximális, nem tudok olyat mondani, ami ne lett volna. Tisztaság tökéletes. Légkondicionáló benne van az árban. (van ahol külön kell fizetni a használatáért)"

"Talán az apartman bejáratához vezető csigalépcsőt említeném egyedüli negatívumként. Nagyon szűk, a lépcsőfokok miatt nagyon oda kell figyelni, hogy nehogy megbotoljon az ember. Aki nehezebben, vagy ügyetlenül mozog (pl. idős emberek, gyerekek), nekik veszélyes lehet. Mozgáskorlátozottak pedig - még segítséggel sem - tudnának feljutni az apartmanhoz. Nem emlékszem, hogy a csigalépcsős megközelítés meg lett volna említve az apartman bemutatásában. Sokaknak hasznos lenne."
