"A ház mérete, elrendezése és a család barát játszó szoba, jó levegő és tisztaság az nagyon megfelelő volt számunkra. Képek alapján választottam, meg a helyszín, de a helyszín az nem ott van, ahová gondoltuk... Minden kb 25 percnyi vezetésre van, amit kicsit kényelmetlenül vettük, hiszen nem azért mentünk hogy kocsiban üljünk. De meg lehetett oldani, csak nem Mátraszentimre turista központjában van a ház. Mátraszentimre elég kiterjedt helyszín ezek szerint."

"Sajnos az egyik fürdőszobában nem volt meleg víz egyáltalán, és az áram ellátás is problémás volt, mert többször kellett felkapcsolnom biztosítékokat. Négy gyerekkel, meleg víz ellátás télen, egy fürdőszobában, egy elektromos vízmelegítőről nem volt egyszerű. A tulajdonos bocsánatot kért, és valószínűleg a másik vízmelegítő meghibásodása okozta ezt a kellemetlenséget, ha az nem lett volna problemás, akkor sokkal kellemesebb lett volna a tartózkodás. Még egy dolog, a szálláson található kályhák, Sajnos nem használhatóak. Hozzáteszem, direkt olyan szállást kerestem ahol be tudom gyújtani, és a tűz mellett tudunk ülni este. Sajnos ez sem sikerült."
