This holiday home, built in 2019, is located in a quiet village called Smrika.
The holiday accommodation is for 6-8 people and offers a swimming pool and a gigantic view of the sea and the island of Krk.The 140 m2 holiday home is spread over 2 floors.
On the ground floor there is a comfortable living/dining room and kitchen and a bathroom. The outside area is accessed via the living area.On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Two double bedrooms have access to the balcony which has a fantastic view.
The highlight of the outdoor area is the 44 m2 swimming pool with a heavenly sea view. There are sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a furnished and covered terrace with a small summer kitchen and barbecue. The jacuzzi is perfect for relaxing.
The house also offers a billiards table, a dart board and a table tennis table for your enjoyment.
The parking lot is on the property and it is large enough to accommodate 3 vehicles.
