"Am primit o alta camera fata de cea rezervata prin platforma Travelminit, angajatii de la unitatea de cazare au fost amabili, insa nu si de ajutor in acesta incurcatura. Am primit totusi restituirea banilor in conformitate cu serviciile achitate, minus cele primite, insa doar dupa ce am luat legatura cu Travelminit personal. De asemenea, baia din camera primita nu a fost curatata, am gasit prosop folosit, WC-ul cu urme clare de folosinta, si nici cosul de gunoi din baie nu era golit. Incurcaturi cu rezervarile se mai intampla, suntem oameni si intelegem, insa curatenia din baie este absolut primordiala, iar acesta este si motivul pentru care las aceasta recenzie. Unitatea de cazare nu este o pensiune, si nici preturile nu sunt de scapat din vedere. Dupa aceasta experienta nu as mai reveni, si nici nu ma avant sa recomand. Poate am fost un caz izolat si am nimerit intr-o perioada mai aglomerata, insa unele lucruri nu pot fi trecute cu vederea indiferent de gradul de ocupare al hotelului / traficul de oaspeti."
