"Minden nagyon modern és kényelmes. A reggelinél bőséges volt a választék. A reggeliztető személyzet nagyon kedves."

"Nem negatív csak kényelmetlen, hogy a szobában nem volt szekrény, csak 2 kis fiók, néhány akasztó. Szerintem szükség lenne rá, főleg több napos tartózkodás esetén. Valamint a recepción kijelentkezéskor kellemetlenséget okozott, hogy a recepciós hölgy szerint reggeli nélkül foglaltam, szerintem pedig reggelivel. Ez okozott egy kis kényelmetlenséget, mert "elvitatkoztunk" rajta. Míg végül az irodában ellenőrizte a rendszeren és nekem lett igazam. Ezzel kellett volna kezdeni, miután eltért a véleményünk."

"A reggeliztető hölgy nagyon kedves, barátságos és segítőkész volt! A szálashely szép, igényes, tiszta volt."

"A szállás.hu oldalon foglaltuk le a szállás reggelivel. Meg kaptuk a visszaigazolást az árral és abban is benne volt a reggeli. Mikor bejelentkeztünk a recepciós nem találta a reggelit a foglalaskor. Tavozaskor mutattam a visszaigazolást amiben szintén benne volt az ár reggelivel. Ennek ellenére is a 2 nap reggelire felszamolt közel 30 ezret. Nem akartunk vitatkozni, ki fizettük, de roppant negatív élménnyel tavoztunk! Azért ez nettó lehúzás! Legközelebb biztos nem térünk vissza! Ilyet eddig egy szállodában sem tapasztaltunk!"
