"Curățenie."
"Mâncarea foarte proasta. Masa se servește în interval de o ora, respectiv de la 8-9 MD, 12-13 D, 18-19 C. Dacă întârzii ramai nemâncat (nu ca ai rata mare lucru). Am ajuns la 19.30, înfometați după drum și ne-au refuzat cina, chiar dacă era plătită. Am plecat sa cautam ceva de mâncare prin Buziaș, un oraș necunoscut. Mâncarea este de proasta calitate-cele mai ieftine și proaste mezeluri, pangasius pane grețos, omleta nefăcut. Nu recomand masa, dar cazarea e ok."

"Mic dejun inclus in pret."
"Camera murdara: pete pe cearsafuri si prosoape (care aveau si gauri si tivul rupt), praf peste tot prin camera, noptiere cu pete pe ele, covoare murdare, pahare nespalate, robinetii de la baie plini de calcar, cada cu vopseaua scorojita si plina de fire de par, fara spa si piscina, desi erau incluse in pret (nu ni s-a spus ca sunt in renovare cand am facut rezervarea)."
