"A fürdőszobai tükör lámpájának kicserélésére 48 óra sem volt elegendő. Az ágy nyikorgása szörnyűséges volt, betét cserét nem tudtak ajánlani. Mind ezek után nem értjük, hogy kívánhattak naponta többször kellemes pihenést?"
