"Bestens für zwei Paare oder Familien
Die zwei separaten Häuser die mit einem schönen Hof mit einander verbunden sind sind perfekt für zwei Familien oder Paare. Die Häuser haben beide im Obergeschoss zwei Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage, und eine Toilette. Im unteren Geschoss ein Wohnzimmer, Küche mit Esstisch und eine Nasszelle mit Dusche. Der Innenhof verfügt über einen wahnsinnig schönen Grillplatz mit großem schweren Holztisch zum grillen und gemeinsam verweilen, zudem eine Außendusche und einen Wein/Partykeller den unsere Jüngsten zum Spielen nutzten.
Die Lage Mitten in Grohote hat Vor- und Nachteile. Die Vorteile sind dass der Supermarkt, Apotheke und ein super Restaurant bequem zufuß erreichbar sind. Jedoch um ans Wasser zu fahren braucht man fast ein Auto. Wir hatten Fahrräder dabei jedoch führen zum Meer nicht nur mindestens 2km sondern auch knapp 150Höhenmeter welche mit dem Fahrrad doch sehr mühsam sind. Ein weiterer Minuspunkt ist die Kirchturmglocke direkt neben dem Haus, welche wirklich oft und sehr Laut läutet und das auch die ganze Nacht. Fenster öffnen ist da unmöglich. Ansonsten kann ich nur empfehlen sich die verschiedenen Strände anzusehen. Wir waren in den 14 Tagen Aufenthalt bestimmt an 12 verschiedenen Stellen zum Baden. Und es war überall einfach nur wunderschön.
Fazit, das Haus ist sein Geld absolut wert und wer es ruhig möchte und viele schöne Strände entdecken will ist auf Solta genau richtig."
