In June 2023, this wonderful holiday home was completed and released for first rental. Everything in this property is completely new.

The holiday home consists of a ground floor, a first floor and a purposefully planned outdoor area.

The ground floor:
The ground floor with access to the pool area and terrace offers a bedroom, a bathroom, a dining room and a very well-equipped kitchen. From the kitchen/dining area you have access to the terrace which looks out over the pool.
A room that was previously used as a garage has been sensibly converted into a playroom.

1. floor:
An internal staircase which starts on the ground floor and ends in the hallway on the first floor leads to a beautiful living room, two further stylish bedrooms and another bathroom.

Air conditioning is available on each floor.

The outside area:
There is a terrace with seating, a large parking space for up to 4 vehicles and a beautiful pool area with a 16 m² swimming pool.

The side terrace is equipped with a table and chairs for everyone and a barbecue.
There are 4 sun loungers next to the swimming pool.

This villa is located in a quiet and idyllic setting and is therefore not suitable for partygoers.
