"Richtiges Feriendomizil um sich zu erholen
Die Anmeldung bei Adriagate in Biograd lief reibungslos ab, die Mitarbeiter waren sehr bemüht.
Nach der Schlüsselübergabe beim Hausherrn inkl. Willkommenstrunk fuhren wir über eine lange Schotterstraße und wurden vom sehr freundlichen und bemühten Vermieter mit dem Boot zum Haus übergesetzt (alternativ ist ein Fußmarsch um die Bucht der ca. 20 min dauert möglich). Das Haus war sauber, an der Terrasse sind 2 verschließbare Türchen, die sehr hilfreich waren, da wir in Begleitung von 2 großen Hunden reisten. Kochen gestaltet sich als ein wenig schwierig, da die Küche nur sehr dürftig ausgestattet ist. Ansonsten ist es auf der Terrasse sehr sonnig, da ein Sonnenschutz fehlt (ich habe mir beholfen, indem ich einfach ein Laken mit Wäscheklammern befestigt habe).
Jedem, der Ruhe und Erholung im Urlaub sucht, ist dieses Häuschen sehr zu empfehlen."

"Lepa hiška - odlična za miren dopust
Hiška je čista in ima vse kar se potrebuje za miren/aktiven dopust: pomol, žar, ležalnike, zunanji tuš, senco,... - Žal lastnik več ne nudi prevoza prtljage s čolnom od parkirišča do hiške - kar pomeni še več prenašanja kovčkov.
Dovozna ceta preko otoka je bila letos v zelo slabem stanju."

The Robinson-style house is the perfect choice for those who seek peaceful relaxation with absolute tranquility in nearly untouched natural settings. The Robinson-style houses are typically located either on small islands or in remote bays accessible only by boats, ferries or dirt roads - far from main roads. Sometimes this accommodation type is completely isolated with no neighbors in the vicinity, sometimes there are a few other houses nearby. Such an accommodation has no central plumbing usually, drinking water is actually rainwater collected in water tanks, electricity is provided via solar panels (12V) and the stove and refrigerator run on gas. There is also no hot water in the house and the shower is usually outdoors with sun-heated water tanks. Due to this, rational and economical use of water is recommended. It is highly recommended that you buy all the necessary supplies, including groceries, before your arrival because the nearest local stores are usually located far away from the house.
