A beautiful stone house in a very quiet and pleasant location surrounded by Mediterranean nature.

The holiday home consists of two floors, a separate summer kitchen and an outdoor area.
Ground floor. On the ground floor there is a bedroom and a bathroom. The covered terrace leads to a summer kitchen with a garden in front of it. From the ground floor you have access to a small wine cellar that stays pleasantly cool even in the hottest summer heat.
upper floor. The upper floor consists of a bedroom and a bathroom. From the bedroom you have access to a large, sunny balcony.

outdoor area
The outdoor area has a well-kept garden from which you can enjoy a view of the sea. In the garden there is a brick barbecue. Part of the terrace is covered.

The stone house is a listed building and was newly renovated in 2016.
