A fully furnished and equipped two-level apartment in the center of Wroclaw. The apartment, with a size of 49 sqm, is located on the 2nd floor of a 4-story building (with an elevator) and consists of a living room, a bedroom on the second level adjacent to the living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a corridor.
Apartment equipment:
Living room - a sofa bed (110x150 cm), a coffee table, a chest of drawers, a TV, a spacious wardrobe;
Bedroom (second level) - a bed with an orthopedic mattress (140x200 cm), bedside tables;
Kitchen - fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils for cooking and dining (including a stove, oven, microwave, extractor hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle), a dining table with chairs;
Bathroom - a washbasin with a cabinet, a shower cabin, a toilet, a washing machine, a hairdryer.
The maximum number of sleeping places in the apartment is 3 (2 adults + 1 child).
The apartment windows overlook Księcia Witolda Street, and there is a balcony.
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, you will find grocery stores (Żabka, Biedronka), gas stations, numerous restaurants, cafes, and, of course, the Market Square in Wroclaw (10-15 minutes' walk).
You can park your car on the street next to the building (free of charge, no reservation required) or in the underground parking of the building (additional fee, reservation required).
According to the rules, check-in is from 15:00 in a contactless form, and early check-in is possible by prior arrangement and subject to availability by I&M Apartments. Check-out is scheduled until 11:00. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. We also kindly request that you observe quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00. Payment for the apartment rental services (accommodation services) is made by bank transfer, and VAT invoices can be provided as confirmation.
