The house is near the lakeshore about half a kilometer from the city center in a silent blind alley.

It has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with a diner and a bathroom.
The two bedrooms may receive 4 guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped, (there is a stove with ceramic hot plates, an oven, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, pots, plates, cutlery etc.).
There is a cozy couch and a tv set in the living room.
The guest have free Wi-Fi access.
The garden has a pavilion, many flowers, the trees provide shade and two terraces are attached to the house.
The guests may park in the closed garden.
The closest free beach the “Sziget strand” is about two minutes from the house, the harbor and the largest free beach of Balatonboglár, the Platan, is also in a walking distance.
The house may be rented from 31st of May, at least for a week, with shifts on Friday, if that is possible. The owner is not present during the rental period. You can get help at the location if necessary.
