The villa is situated in the Hullám Holiday resort 200 meters away from the lake it has a beautiful garden and the villa was built in a minimalist style.

The modern villa is newly-built in an exclusive style in and out. The ground and upper floor both have a balcony where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery. The villa can accommodate max 6 adults and 2 children (one 0-14 year old and one 0-3 year old). One of the rooms can be furnished with a spare bed at a one time fee. A 0-3 year old children can be accommodated for free if sharing a bed. On the ground floor there is a restroom, a kitchen, a living room which can be integrated with the porch by a French door. The porch has a 40 square meter floor space and it is furnished with garden furniture, a sunshade, a Jacuzzi and an outdoor Sauna. The kitchen is fully equipped: a fridge, a dishwasher, a built-in washing machine, a cooktop, an oven, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, a panini press, a blender is ready for use. The living room is exclusively furnished, an LCD television, a home cinema system and a DVD player ensures the entertainment. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm) an LCD television and a DVD player. The second bedroom is furnished with a 160x200 cm double bed and the third has a 140x200 cm double bed. There is also a bathroom with a shower. Two of the bedrooms have a balcony furnished with garden furniture and from here you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Cable TV, internet connection,beach chairs, garden furniture, sunshade, garden shower and other extras are available. Parking is available for 2 bars in the backyard. Please note that the apartment is baby-friendly: cot, baby tub, highchair, baby buggy, baby walker, etc. is available at a one-time fee.
