The beautiful new 140 m2 holiday home is located on the edge of a small quiet village - Buroli, only 5 km from the sea. The house is fully furnished with good taste, care, and love and can accommodate a maximum of 8 people offering everything you need for a comfortable relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the city. An excellent choice for those who want to relax and love to listen to the chirping of birds when they wake up, enjoy some rest in this fantastic setting of the surrounding nature, or go for wonderful bike rides along the nearby cycle paths or simply along the paths of the surrounding countryside. The house surrounded by greenery offers a large garden with a splendid private pool area equipped with deck chairs, an outdoor shower, barbecue. For sea lovers, the beautiful beaches of the Umag area are just 5 minutes away by car. The city of Umag is only 9 km away, while the city of Buje is only 6 km away.
The house consists of a corridor at the entrance that leads to the bedrooms, the two bathrooms, and the living area. Two bedrooms have a double bed while one bedroom offers two single beds. All three bedrooms have air conditioning, a wardrobe, bedside tables, and night lamps. The main bathroom is equipped with a tub, bidet, sink with cabinet, toilet, washing machine, hairdryer, external window, and bath towels two per person are provided. The second bathroom with shower, sink with cabinet and mirror, toilet, and external window. The large living room offers a comfortable sofa bed for two people, an air conditioner, flat-screen satellite TV, a Wi-Fi internet connection, and board games. The dining area is part of the large living room and is equipped with a dining table and chairs. From the living area, the entrance to the modern kitchen is equipped with a stove with 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, smoke extractor, refrigerator with freezer area, microwave oven, plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, and cooking utensils. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a small closet where there are the coffee machine, the kettle, and the toaster.
From the living room the exit to the covered terrace equipped with garden furniture overlooking the countryside, woods and swimming pool. The splendid swimming pool, deck chairs with umbrellas, outdoor shower, beautiful barbeque, and trampoline for children are available for private use.
Free and private parking is located in front of the house.

The closest pebble beach to Lovrečica, is the grocery store, bakery, ATM, post office, pharmacy, restaurants, and bars in Brtonigla (4 km) from the house.

In the center of Umag we recommend visiting the museum, the aquarium, and the cathedral, we recommend a walk along the famous Umag Dam, to explore the narrow and interesting alleys of the old town of Umag, the new square embellished with a fountain, go shopping in the shops of the center or visit the stalls and the playground on the seafront for the delight of children.
To buy more groceries, we recommend driving a few kilometers to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland, or Plodine in Umag.
There are several opportunities for recreation in the Umag area: tennis courts, the 18-hole Adriatic Golf Club, equestrian centers
, sports centers for water sports enthusiasts where it is possible to practice water skiing, diving, boat rental, adrenaline park for children and minigolf course in Jangalooz near the Sol Stella Maris tourist village, night clubs, casinos, the possibility of various boat trips or by bus.
The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast-food restaurants, and bars. Those who want to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums and impressive marinas.
For non-beach days or evenings, we recommend making unforgettable trips inland. The picturesque artists' village Grožnjan has a beautiful terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Mirna river valley. Motovun, the typical medieval town located on a hill, is known for the film festival, which has been taking place in late July for years. Livade, the town known for its white truffle found in the nearby woods. For astronomy lovers and wish to admire the sky and the stars, visit the Višnjan Astronomical Center, 30 km from Umag, by appointment. For cave lovers, visit the wonderful little cave of Baredine just 15 km from Umag. Don't miss the chance to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj and Poreč, as well as the Brijuni National Park which can also be visited with organized excursions. There are organized various "Fish picnic" boat trips, with picnics based on fish or meat during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in the wonderful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil. To the delight of children, visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag and the Funtana "Dino park" theme park, where fun is guaranteed and makes the hearts of young and old beat faster. For gourmets, there are several options for tasting excellent Istrian wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian ham and much more.

- to respect the neighbors and to behave calmly and discretely, especially at night or during the afternoon rest,
- for safety reasons, turn off the air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher when they are not in the accommodation,
- to use the equipment of the accommodation with caution,
- to leave the containers empty and to wash the used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- to declare to the owner any damage caused, which after an accurate assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the delivery of the keys.
