This rustic house for 6-8 people is located in a quiet suburb of the popular tourist resort of Crikvenica, called Grižane. The house was built in 1920 and was completely renovated in 2016.

The property has a terrace of 60 m2. A large furnished terrace with barbecue and deck chairs invites you to relax.

The stone house of 80 m2 is spread over 2 floors: (the ground floor is a separate access to the apartment on the 1st floor by external stairs.)
