The holiday home with a private garden is located in the popular tourist area of ​​Umag-Punta, just 200 m from the seafront, 400 m from the beach and bathing facilities, easily reachable on foot in a few minutes, 150 m from the newsagent and bar, 600 m from the Stella Maris tourist village where the renowned ATP Open Croatia Umag tennis tournament has been taking place for years. The holiday home offers the comfort of two double bedrooms, equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a terrace at the entrance. Parking is free in the enclosed courtyard of the house. The area is quiet and pleasant but nevertheless central. The center of Umag is about 1.5 km away and can be reached on foot along the coast in 20-25 min.
The house has a magnificent terrace with garden furniture and a garden swing for two people. Parking is in front of the house, and the back of the house is the basement. The house shares a wall with the main house. From the terrace, you enter the living area with a fitted kitchen, fridge with freezer area, and dining table with 4 chairs. In the anteroom of the bathroom with shower, the washing machine is available. The house has two bedrooms with double beds (160x200), and one room offers satellite TV, air conditioner, window, wardrobe and cabinet with drawers. The second bedroom with open coat rack, cabinet with drawers and air conditioner. Linen, towels and bathrobes, and hairdryer available. Free Wi-Fi internet access.

It is located in an area that has been very popular with tourists since Roman times. The beach at 400 m is easily reachable on foot.
In the vicinity of the house, there is the Tramontana restaurant with a wide choice of special menus of fish, meat and dessert. At only 150 m there is the station of the tourist train that leaves from the tourist village of Katoro and along the coast arrives in Umag center and vice versa.

In the center of Umag we recommend visiting the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam, exploring the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center of Umag, the new square embellished with a fountain, shopping in the shops in the center or visit the stalls and the playground on the waterfront for the joy of the children.
To buy a larger quantity of groceries, we recommend traveling a few kilometers by car to the larger and more convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.
There are several opportunities for recreation in the Umag area: tennis courts, the 18-hole Adriatic Golf Club, equestrian centers, sports centers for water sports enthusiasts where it is possible to practice water skiing, diving, boat rental, adrenaline park for children and mini golf course in Jangalooz near the Sol Stella Maris holiday village, night clubs, casino, possibility of various boat or coach trips.
The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food, bars. Those who want to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums and impressive marinas.
For non-beach days or evenings, we recommend unforgettable trips to the hinterland. The picturesque artists' village Grožnjan has a beautiful terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Mirna river valley. Motovun the typical medieval town located on a hill, known for the film festival, which has been held for years at the end of July. Livade, the small town known for the white truffle found in the nearby woods. For lovers of astronomy and wish to admire the sky and the stars, visit the Višnjan Astronomical Center 30 km from Umag by appointment. For cave enthusiasts, visit the small wonderful Baredine cave only 15 km from Umag. Do not miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj and Poreč, as well as the Brijuni national park which can also be visited with organized trips. There are organized various "Fish picnic" boat trips, with fish or meat picnics during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in the wonderful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil. For the joy of children, visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag and the Funtana theme park "Dino park", where fun is guaranteed and makes the hearts of young and old beat faster. For gourmets, there are several options for tasting excellent Istrian wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian prosciutto and much more.

- to declare to the owner any damage caused, that after an accurate assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the delivery of the keys.
