Description:
This holiday home with swimming pool for 4-6 persons surrounded by greenery is located in the beautiful hinterland of Crikvenica.

The nearest town is the well-known seaside resort of Crikvenica in the Kvarner Bay, which can be reached in just a few minutes by car. There are numerous ways to spend your free time. e.g. with many water sports, beach bars, boat rental, pedal boats, several tennis courts, a mini golf course, etc.

Recreational people can rent sunbeds and umbrellas on the various beaches. On the beach promenade you can buy good and versatile food as well as souvenirs and beach props.

The fully fenced plot of 250m2 and the comfortable house of 100m2 is ideal for families.

Outside
For cozy, hot summer days, the 30m2 covered terrace is equipped with a seating set for 8 people ideal also the 25 m2 swimming pool is located directly at your feet. The pool, including beach chairs is available for the sole use of the guest. For barbecue lovers, a stone barbecue and a gas grill are available.

For younger guests there is a playground with swings, slide, wooden house and other toys.

By remote control the gate and the garage for 2 cars are opened.
