This house is located in a natural and quiet area of ​​the hinterland of Crikvenica, more precisely Grizane, which was lovingly and completely renovated in 2017 in a rustic / modern style.

The holiday property consists of the ground floor, the first floor of the house, a separate pool house and the outside area.

The ground floor:
On the ground floor there is a living / dining room with a well-equipped kitchen and a separate toilet with a sink. The living room and the dining / kitchen have direct access to the 25 m² terrace. The whole ground floor has a comfortable temperature at any time of the day thanks to the massive stone walls, and air conditioning is also very helpful.

The 1st floor:
On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and access to the balcony, a second bedroom with a double bed and a view of the pool area, a bathroom and a balcony.

The outside area:
This consists of a 25 m² terrace directly in front of the living / dining room, which is protected from prying eyes, and a second 20 m² terrace with a brick-built charcoal grill next to the pool area.

The grill is on the terrace in front of the pool house, which makes grilling here very practical. While the children play in the pool, parents can relax on the sun loungers or have a good time in the barbecue area. In addition to the grill, there is also a "peka", which you can use to prepare traditional Croatian dishes.

The pool house: This small but fine detail is just right for a pleasant stay next to the swimming pool. The pool house has a bedroom and a bathroom with a sink, toilet and shower. In front of the pool house is the furnished terrace with barbecue.

The swimming pool area: This is 50 m² and consists of the illuminated swimming pool and four sun loungers. There is a Mediterranean garden under the pool area.
