Distance from the sea is 700m, and from the center 1500m. In the immediate vicinity of the residential building there is a small shop with basic necessities, while larger shops, pastries, bakeries, post office, bank, numerous cafes are located in the center of town.

On the terrace of the apartment there is a barbecue for guests.

The apartments are excellent for families with children.
