Minimum rental period: 7 days. The price of accommodation depends on the date of stay. From April to October, the price per night is PLN 35 per person. From November to March, the price per night is PLN 40 per person. The price includes utilities (water, electricity, heating, Internet, garbage collection, access to a shared kitchen, toilet and TV in the rooms, change of bed linen every 2 weeks). Settlement for the stay takes place on agreed dates in cash, by card or by bank transfer. We issue VAT invoices. Rooms We offer 35 beds in 14 rooms with bathrooms. Rooms of a high standard, neat and clean with underfloor heating. In the rooms: wireless Internet access (Wi-Fi), TV set, wardrobe or chest of drawers, hangers, table and chairs. Property Fully equipped kitchen at guests' disposal. The kitchen is equipped with: 2 gas cookers with an oven, fridge, microwave oven, kitchen table and chairs, dishes and tableware. The kitchen and common areas are cleaned daily, and bed linen is changed every 2 weeks. Behind the building there is a large illuminated and monitored parking lot. We have a large garden with the possibility of grilling. The area of ​​the facility is fenced and monitored. Attractions in the facility In the recreational part of the garden there is a billiards table. Gastronomy Dinner (soup and second course) can be ordered in a nearby restaurant for PLN 20 per person. Location The facility is located on the route Poznań - Wrocław (S5), in the town of Lipno. The neighborhood is calm and safe.
