"Minimálne 1 týždeň vopred som rezervovala ubytovanie a v deň ubytovania, počas ktorého už sme boli na ceste s 5 deťmi mi oznámili, že nemáme ubytovanie a namiesto nás ubytovali iných. Ešte1 deň vopred mi prišla info-sms o začiatku ubytovania. Bolo im jedno kam s nimi pôjdeme. Povedali mi, že si máme nájsť iné. Po dlhom dojednávaní nám ponúkli náhradné ubytovanie o 3x drahšie ako sme mali mať. To je neprípustné. Nakoniec sme sa museli ubytovať 1hodinu ďalej od miesta dovolenky. Bolo to cez víkend a nikde nemali pre nás miesto. Pokazilo nám to celú dovolenku. Veľmi veľké sklamanie. Nestihli sme prejsť to čo sme mali na pláne. Práve preto som zajednávala ubytovanie skôr, aby sa toto nestalo. Deti boli nervózne a my?! Si domyslite. Ďakujeme za pokazenú celú dovolenku"
