Our family and apartment house is located on the edge of Balatonfüred, in a green, more spacious environment, at the end of a cul-de-sac.
From the apartment house approx. Beaches, restaurants, the center and the beautiful Tagóre promenade are easily accessible by car or 15 minutes' walk.
There are 3 rooms on the attic floor. apartment, the use of which leads to a separate staircase, which the guest uses and can lock safely with his own key!
Each apartment has a separate terrace with a table and chairs, air-conditioned rooms, TV, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchenette with a stove, fridge, microwave and WIFI in the apartment area.
do not accept loud groups The apartments are non-smoking, this is possible on the terraces and no extra beds can be added!
The east and south apartments offer a beautiful panorama overlooking Lake Balaton.

Our 1st apartment has 2 separate rooms, double air conditioning, 62 sqm for 3-5 people, bathroom with shower cabin, separate terrace with table and chairs. S-facing
with panoramic view of the Balaton. Both rooms have a double bed plus 1 adult couch in one, flat screen TV. In the kitchen and dining room there
is a table for 5 people with 5 chairs.

Our 2nd apartment has 2 spaces, one room with a terrace, air conditioning, 51 sqm for 2-4 people, tea kitchen, bathroom with shower cabin, separate terrace with
table and chairs. D-ny located with a panoramic view of the Balaton. One room has a double bed, a table with 4 chairs, a flat-screen TV, and the
other room has a sofa bed for 2 people.

Our 3rd apartment has 1 open space, air conditioning, 35 sqm for 2-4 people, tea kitchen, bathroom with shower cabin, separate terrace with table and chairs. It has a
N-S orientation. To the apartment there is a double bed, 1 adult couch, 1 armchair bed and table with 4 chairs, flat screen TV.

In the yard of our house there is a grassy area of ​​~1000 m2, free parking for 3 cars, a beach area decorated with tujas, which has a pool, sunbeds, ping-pong table, garden furniture, chairs, a small cool cellar, and a volleyball net, all of which serve the comfort of the guest and are free of charge. you can use it.
There is a separate option for making a kettle, the wood is paid for or you can bring it.

GARDEN, SWIMMING POOL and BEACH are only available to paying guests, we do not accept any other external guests!

We do not accept loud groups wishing to party at the accommodation! If the owner deems it so, he can ask for a deposit, which must be paid in cash upon arrival, if no damage has been done, he will receive the full amount back in cash upon departure.

The reservation is valid when 30% of the total cost is received as a deposit on our bank acc
ount, which we cannot refund in case of cancellation of the reservation or non-booking of the accommodation!! The remaining part is payable on the day of arrival.
