The apartment is located 4 km from the center of Pécs. Parking is free in front of the building. A direct bus to the city center departs from the nearby bus stop every few minutes (journey time 7 minutes). A bike path also leads to the city center and to Malomvölgy lake (also 4 km). Bicycles are provided upon request (HUF 2,000/pc/day).
Pécs Pláza, Vásártér and Rátgéber Academy can be reached with a comfortable 10-minute walk.
Directly behind the building is the newly renovated Melinda Park. Where a large, modern and sophisticated playground, a dog run surrounded by a circle, and a barbecue facility were built. There are several shops, restaurants, pharmacies and doctors' offices nearby.
The ground floor apartment consists of two rooms with two beds, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There is a spacious kitchen-dining room-living room and a bathroom-toilet in the apartment. An ideal choice for families and small groups of friends.
Pets can only be brought after prior consultation and there is a separate fee (HUF 3,000/night/pet).
