The Maya Apartment (ground floor) consists of 2 bedrooms, and a living room with a fully equipped kitchen. Each room has a double bed and in the living-room there is a sofa which is expandable to a comfortable double bed. There are TVs in every room, and the apartment also has a balcony.
In the apartment there is wifi and air condition and there a parking place for one car in the underground garage. There is also barbeque facility and a playground for children in the yard, and there are multiple shops, restaurants and the market within walking distance.
