In the ’small’ house close to the waterfront there are 2 rooms, a bathroom, an air-conditioned living room with a kitchen, a 100 m² roofed terrace with clear vinyl outdoor shades. The guest house is accessible for disabled guests in wheelchairs, too. The buildings are possible to heat with a central heat pump, they are insulated.
