"Ilyen nem volt"
"A szállásra érve tapasztaltuk, hogy a ,,szobák ‘’tele vannak hangyákkal. A szoba sokkal inkább kabinnak nevezhető. Gyerek heverőkkel. A tv illetve a klíma nem működöt. A zuhanyzóban víz nyomás alig volt. Tengerre néző lakosztálykènt volt hirdetve ami igaz is lett volna ha a kezeletlen gaztól illetve növényzettől lehetett volna látni valamit. A weboldalon úgy reklámozták magukat, hogy medencés kikapcsolodás lehetséges. Majd oda érve tapasztaltuk, hogy a medencékben nincsen víz. Kérdésünkre azt a választ kaptuk, csak szezonálisan használhatóak. ( korrekt lett volna ezt az infót a weblapon közzé tenni) a tenger ugyan kellemes hőfokú volt felnőtteknek de a gyerekek még fáztak benne. Így nekik nem volt semmi lehetőségük fürdeni sem. 6.hó közepén még nincs szezon nincsen semmiféle szolgáltatásuk. A városban fagyit nem lehetett kapni és nyoma nem volt annak, hogy itt fel lennének készülve vendégek fogadására. A személyzet többnyire külföldi tanulókból álhatot akik abszolút nem voltak segítő készek. Szépen mosolyogtak de a horvát nyelvet nem beszélték az angolt és a német nyelvet sem igazán értették, Google fordítóval tudtunk spanyolul beszélni velük….. úgy gondolom ez elvárás már minden vendéglátó egység recepciósától, hogy legalább angolul tudjon. Mi nem nagy elvárásokkal érkeztünk oda de még azt sem sikerült teljesíteniük. Szomorú…. Senkinek nem ajánlom."

"A klíma nem müködött. A zuhanyzóban a víz nyomás alacsony volt vagy nem is volt. Illetve a meleg és hideg víz vont maga után kívánni valót. Végül amiket írtak a szállás környéki programokról szinte egyet se lehetett kihasználni pl: a medencék fel sem voltak töltve pedig a képek és a leírás alapján kellett volna."
