"A húsvéti hétvégén szerettünk volna megszallni náluk 2 napot,az előleget elutaltuk,e-mailben meg is kérdeztük,hogy megkapták-e,jött a válasz,hogy minden rendben,várnak majd minket. Az utazás napján jeleztük,hogy mikor érkezünk a szallasra,a keresuknek megfelelően. Majd 3 ertetlenkedos e-mail után közölték, hogy valószínűleg a szallas.hu hibájából,de nincs foglalasunk és üres szobájuk sincs,így elszallasolni nem tudnak minket,ekkor Krakkotól 1 órányira voltunk csak,éppen még sikerült máshol szallast foglalnunk. Nyilván megirtuk nekik,hogy az előleget utalják vissza,mert mi nem hibáztunk,szabályszerűen elutaltuk a pénzt,ők akkor mindent rendben találtak. Ezután jött a 2 hétig tartó hitegetes hogy utalnak,de nem történt semmi,kertem,hogy kuldjenek az utalasrol bizonylatot,de ez sem tortent meg,majd az e-mailekre se jött már válasz, csak akkor,mikor már megirtam,hogy bevonom a rendőrséget is a dologba. Utána megint eltelt 1 hét hitegetesekkel és azzal a dumaval,hogy a bank elutasitotta az utalast, majd megint válaszra se méltattak, aztán amikor ismét közöltem veluk,hogy feljelentést teszek,akkor küldték meg az igazolást,hogy elutaltak az eloleget. Nagyon nem ajánlom ezt a szállást."
