Villa Kate is situated in the quiet village of Lepuri, 10km from the town of Benkovac. The house is ideal for
quiet and relaxing stay with a beautiful sunset view and the surrounding area.
It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs.
On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped
modern kitchen, dining room and bathroom. A flat-screen TV and air conditioning are provided in
the living room and all bedrooms. You also have private parking, free WIFI throughout
the home. The living room opens onto a terrace in front of which there is a swimming pool 10mx4m with deck chairs and
pergola. There is also a covered outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and space for
fun with darts, table tennis and table soccer. The villa is surrounded by a landscaped garden
where there are flower beds and seasonal vegetables from our own cultivation as an offer to our
guests. You can visit Krka National Park, Kornati, Vrana Lake Ornithological Park, Paklenica National Park.
