In the two well-equipped bedrooms you can watch a great movie or listen to your favourite music on the TVs, or step into the shower and enjoy the tropical shower head after a long and tiring day.
You will not be disappointed in the apartment!
Everything is brand new, fully-equipped with all the appliances that you may need during your stay.

The Place:
It is situated in a pleasant environment with beautiful and smart interior. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms with balconies, a modern kitchen with a diner corner, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
Both balconies can be accessed from both bedrooms and are separated for the respect of intimacy.
The bedrooms and balconies have views to the peaceful inner garden in between the other buildings.
You can also find:
FullHD TV, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, tea and coffee maker, kettle, cutlery, plates, glasses, vessels, washing-machine, dryer, iron, modern air-conditioner.
Kick-start your day with a light cup of coffee or tea in the kitchen, for which you are my guest of course.
In the bathroom the tropical shower head gives you comfort.
Hair-dryer and towels are provided for our guests.
High-speed WiFi is accessible.

The neighbourhood:
The apartment is situated in the most secure and most spectacular area of the city. You can find the majestic building of the University of Debrecen and the unique Park of the Great Forest. Within the Great Forest there is a pond, and near it are the place of the Festival, restaurants and other entertaining opportunities. Meet foreign student on the streets of the Campus who are coming from all parts of the World to study here. The grocery shop is open non-stop and there are numerous other shops in the area.

Transportation:
Great, fast and quality! The new tram line no. 2 is within 2 minutes by walk which goes to the heart of the city, to the train station and connects to many buses. Discover Debrecen this way! The bus stop for the line to the airport is next to the tram station and 2 minutes from the taxi station.
If you arrive by car, parking is free and safe either in front of or behind the building.

Other important notes:
I am drawing your attention to that at my apartment the tourism tax is 1.5 EUR (400 HUF) per night per person that you do not need to pay since it is included in your accomodation fee.
