The award-winning villa building of the Nordic Dream House, designed by recognized architects, offers its guests an unforgettable relaxation with its unique use of materials, modern forms and unique equipment.

The fully air-conditioned house, heated with a gas boiler, equipped with an alarm and external surveillance, as well as electrically operated blinds, has a useful internal floor area of ​​200 square meters and is complemented by a courtyard terrace with the same size single and multi-person sunbeds, a cafe set and a dining table. The huge terrace accommodates the 12.5-meter-long pool and the 35-square-meter two-part pergola with electrically controlled roof and side shading. In one part of the pergola there is a summer kitchen equipped with hot and cold running water, a refrigerator, a Kamado charcoal and Broil King gas grill, an induction hob and a Plancha. In the other part of the pergola, a comfortable and elegant outdoor seating set can accommodate seven people.

In the living room with a ceiling height of more than four meters in the central part of the villa, there is a comfortable sofa set next to the fireplace, which can provide comfort to all the guests of the house at the same time. Here, in addition to intimate conversations, you can also enjoy the entertainment provided by the huge flat-screen TV and high-performance HIFI.

In the same room, there is a dining table for six with comfortable armchairs, and a fully equipped kitchen that meets all needs.

Through the corridor opening from the living room, you can reach all three bedrooms, two of which have access to a common bathroom with a bathtub opening from the corridor. From the third bedroom, however, we can access a separate bathroom with a bathtub, a separate shower and a double sink, and a wardrobe room.
It is important that not only the living room, but also all three bedrooms have a direct door connection to the terrace, enabling a quick change between an intimate retreat and an outdoor social experience.

From the other corridor opening from the living room, you can also approach the comfortable study room and separate toilet.

Isaszeg is a quiet small town in Pest County with a serious historical past, where guests can find the services they want to use either locally or in the neighboring city of Gödöllő. There are several shopping opportunities, restaurants, pharmacies, and a post office in the area. Isaszeg has a direct rail and intercity bus connection with Budapest. However, for Nordic Dream House guests, we recommend using your own or rental car.
