"Amplasamentul bun și curățenia sunt atuu-rile pensiunii."

"În luna mai, am făcut o rezervare cu tichete de vacanță, pentru septembrie care suna așa :,, Cameră pentru 2 persoane cu pat matrimonial cu terasă cu vedere la munte × 2 adulți × 2 nopți ’’. Am fost cazați într-o cameră la mansardă fără ca acest lucru să fi fost specificat în oferta din luna mai. Nu ar fi constituit o problemă , dacă: 1. Mobilierul ar fi fost adaptat spațiului, pentru că ușa de la dulap nu se poate deschide suficient , din cauza patului. 2. Ușa băii nu poate fi închisă . 3.Salteaua este foarte uzată , se simt arcurile. 4.Pernele sunt mici, de proastă calitate."
